📦 Hilo Design – Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.
Dispatch Timelines:
- Standard products: within 5 working days.
- Sherwanis, Nehru Jacket Sets & Blazer Sets: within 10 working days.
Delivery Timelines:
- Standard products: 7–10 days.
- Sherwanis, Nehru Jacket Sets & Blazer Sets: 12–14 days.
Charges:
- Free delivery on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available up to ₹6,000.

We ship worldwide with reputed courier partners.
Delivery Timeline: approx. 14 days from order confirmation.
Charges:
- Up to 1 kg: ₹3,000
- Up to 1.5 kg: ₹4,000
- Above 1.5 kg: charges confirmed before dispatch.

Returns or exchanges are approved only in cases of genuine concerns such as:
- Damages in transit
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defects
- Order shortages
To raise a request, please email hello@hilodesign.co within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos of the issue.
Domestic Orders: Once approved, Hilo will coordinate the return pickup.
International Orders: Customers must ship the product back to our Hyderabad address after approval.
Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders: Returns are not possible, but our team will resolve any fitting or design issues until satisfactory.
All products must be unused, in original packaging and condition to qualify for return/exchange.

Hilo Design is not responsible if the parcel is collected by someone other than the recipient at the address (e.g., security guard, family member).
Claims for shortages/damages must be reported on the day of delivery.
Refunds/replacements will be processed as per our detailed Refunds & Replacement Policy.
