At Hilo Design, every piece is crafted with care. If you face any concerns with your order, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of genuine concerns such as:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Damage in transit

    • Shortages in the order

  • All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@hilodesign.co with your order details and photographs/videos of the issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Custom / Made-to-Measure orders are not eligible for return, but our team will work with you to resolve any fitting or design issues until you are satisfied.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account.

  • Credit timelines depend on your bankโ€™s policies.

Shipping for Returns

  • Domestic orders (within India): Return pickups will be arranged by Hilo Design at no extra cost, once the request is approved.

  • International orders: Customers are required to ship the product back to our Hyderabad address at their own cost, after the return is approved.

Important Notes

  • Claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery.

  • Hilo Design is not liable if the parcel is collected by someone other than the intended recipient (e.g., security guard, family member).
